Funeral Service OptionsThe goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy an item you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
In most areas of the country, state or local law does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will satisfy these requirements.
This list does not include prices for items which Mihovk-Rosenacker, Inc. does not supply, such as: cemetery services, death certificates, clergy fees, newspapers notices, motorcycle escort, etc. These charges are not made by the funeral home, and you may be asked to pay some or all of them prior to the services being provided. Mihovk-Rosenacker, Inc. has no control over these suppliers or their fees. Mihovk-Rosenacker, Inc. makes no representations of warranties regarding caskets, outer burial containers, or other funeral goods sold by Mihovk-Rosenacker, Inc. The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with the goods with this funeral service are express written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturer thereof. No other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are extended by Mihovk-Rosenacker, Inc. Mihovk-Rosenacker, Inc strives to provide the finest funeral merchandise available at competitive prices. These prices are effective June 1, 2008, but are subject to change without notice. Funeral Service Packages Standard Traditional Funeral Service Package Burial or Cremation Includes: Full Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Transfer of Deceased, Embalming, Cosmetics, Dressing and Casketing of Deceased, Use of Staff and Facility for Visitation and Funeral Service held at either a Church or at the Funeral Home, Funeral Hearse, Family Car (8 passenger), Service Utility Vehicle, Flower Car and all necessary vehicles and Personalized Tribute Memorial Package.
Memorial Gathering and Service Package (no viewing)
Includes transport and shelter of deceased, cremation container, local transportation to the crematory, necessary authorizations, basic staff services, use of facility for a memorial gathering, memorial service and Personalized Tribute Memorial Package.
Graveside Funeral Service (no viewing)
Includes transport of deceased, shelter of deceased, funeral hearse to the cemetery, necessary authorizations and staff services for coordination and scheduling of graveside service. Memorial Church Service Package (no viewing) Includes transport and shelter of deceased, cremation container local transportation to the crematory, necessary authorizations, use of staff for a memorial church service and basic staff services. Direct Cremation (no viewing) A direct cremation includes transport of deceased, shelter of body for 24 hours., local transport to crematory, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff and cremation charge.. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to the cremation. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the deceased and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are corrugated boxes.
Immediate Burial Services (no viewing) An immediate burial includes transport and shelter of deceased, local transportation to the cemetery, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff.. This charge does not include embalming, cemetery expenses or use of facility and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to burial. The burial will be scheduled at the discretion of Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Homes, Inc.
